Instructions:
1. Before wearing the hernia belt for the first time, lie on your back and massage
the herniated area gently, to reduce the hernia completely. Place the pad
directly on the hernia.
2. Slip the elastic belt in front of the body, bring the elasteic leg straps around your
legs and fasten the Velcro closures.
3. Standing up, adjust the belt and the leg straps for a comfortable fit, low on the
body. Be sure the pad stays directly over the point of the hernia.
